Global address list is not updating droid email not updating

This morning I was asked to update the Global Address List and Offline Address Book in an Exchange environment.You could wait for Exchange to do it automatically (the default schedule is once a day) but what when you want to force the update to take place right now?

On the toolbar, in the farthest group on the right labeled "Find", click on "Address Book" 2.

In that address list, select "Tools" and then click on "Options" 3.

The GAL appears to be complete otherwise, but newly-created users do not appear. During the logging I performed a manual update of the Black Berry Manager profile's Address Book.

Outlook clients on other machines do have a complete GAL including all newly-created users.

GAL Objects are directly viewable in the Exchange Management Console/Shell and OWA and Microsoft Outlook BUT ONLY IN ONLINE MODE – The GAL will only present objects that have AD Attributes beginning with ms EXCH* (and some others) populated that it uses to filter on.

  1. Data Bind() Thanks I'm learning that attention to detail helps in development. Clicking on page 2,3 etc sometimes displays the same results as page 1 and sometimes clicking on page 1 displays different details each time I click on it.
