Our Senior Nutrition Program serves an average of 16,000 meals a month at 21 different café sites throughout Contra Costa County.
Transportation is provided to these centers for those who cannot drive to a site on their own.
Volunteers are also trained to conduct safety assessments and make referrals for various appropriate other services.
Home Care Registry provides referrals of seniors needing low cost chore services to home care agencies with whom SOS has agreements.
